How It Works
- Once you clicked on the “book your consultation button” you’ll be directed to fill out a basic 5-10 minute movement consultation google form so I can get more insight into your goals and needs.
- I’ll get back to you via email within 24 hours to provide specific information – any further forms (based on your goals and needs) that need to be filled out to provide me with the relevant information, as well as an online booking link so we can organise a time at both of our mutual convenience.
- During your consultation, I will assess your movement in detail and with precision. We run through the movements that you will need, and together we come up with a plan of care that will work for you to get back to your best.
- Following the consultation, you will receive a follow-up email with a detailed plan including video demonstrations. We encourage you to contact us via email if you have any questions throughout your plan.
- This is not for people who just want random, generic solutions to their programs (general foam rolling and stretching). Rather; it is for those who want to get back to doing what they love with specific

At the end of the day, we all hope to improve client outcomes, so I suppose we’re all similar and I value all professions. However, my experience being in both the clinical world and personal training world over my career has allowed me to bridge the gap between the ‘health care’ and ‘training’ worlds. I use a unique movement approach that truly looks at how the full-body operates from a movement perspective to understand your needs and then devise a plan. My goal is to empower you through an active approach as we know this is high-quality evidence-based care.
Online training focuses on achieving a specific training outcome goal – fat loss, muscle gain, fitness improvement and/or performance enhancement. When devising your program for online training, I still take into consideration your movement and injury history so that you get a 1:1 individualised program. However, the main purpose is to work around movement limitations in order to still achieve your primary goal. In comparison, if you have discomfort in a certain area of your body, or really want to improve a specific limitation, a movement consultation would be a better option.

Until I’ve assessed you, it’s difficult to estimate how many consultations you’ll need. After your first consultation, I’ll have a better idea of how long.
This will also depend on how well you adhere to your custom plan. My aim with all our clients is to help them reach their goal in as few sessions as possible, but you have to put in the work too for it to go according to plan.
Due to the COVID times we currently live in, telehealth is a potential option if your private health insurance in Australia covers Exercise Physiology. Eligibility criteria must be met.
