What if I told you that making your squat pain-free took only a couple of exercises? Each of which takes a minute or two to execute?
Maybe it’s not the squat. Maybe you have some nagging discomfort in your shoulder blade and you’ve been told to “keep upright and strengthen your back” only for you to realise a number of months on that the exercises you were given don’t really help?

What I’ve found after being an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer working in the industry for over 10 years is that many individuals have likely lost mastering some of the fundamental concepts that are needed to be able to move effectively. That’s where I come in as your coach.
What lights me up is helping clients set new paths when they feel overwhelmed, incapable, or stuck in their journey. To help them find solutions to health and fitness problems and supporting them throughout a journey through systems that drive accountability and commitment.

Let Me Set The Scene
You value pain-free living, longevity and want to be healthy, nimble and strong so that you have the ability to deal with whatever life throws at you – whether it’s to have the strength to lift a decent amount of weight with ease or to feel fit enough to go play your favourite sport whenever you’d like to.
But just as important, you want to lose fat, increase your muscle and build a physique you’re proud of.
Unfortunately, most information (and programs) provided fail at helping you get into shape while simultaneously maximising your overall function (mobility, joint health, and strength).
We have lost touch with finding that middle-ground and people are just training and ending up sore, stiff and in some cases – injured.
In the same way, the rehab industry seems to try to find solutions through corrective exercise modalities, like foam rolling and spikey balls, which doesn’t seem to facilitate long term change.
So it is my aim is to help you find this middle-ground so that you have the ‘show’ and the ‘go’.
