I’m an Exercise Physiologist & fitness coach (in-person and online) and I believe that creating physical resilience through movement and performance will change you. You’ll feel better than you ever have better and will feel like you’re in control of your fitness (and your health) and achieve a pain-free body.
In A Nutshell, What Is This Site?
It’s a culmination of useful information gathered from the in-the-trenches experience for 9+ years and recent scientific advancements in both rehab and fitness to help you reach your goals.
This is not for a bodybuilding gym go-er, athletes hoping to break records or for the quick-fix fat loss plan (what most people want). The information goes well beyond your classic one-off weight loss program or random workout ebook you might retrieve from the internet.
Rather, you will find quality content written in an (I hope) entertaining manner to help you achieve your fitness goals with an eye on longevity. It’ll be about making sure you are fit for the ‘real world’ out there and I believe by improving your mental and physical resilience as well as your durability, your quality of life will be seriously be upgraded.
